My sleep schedule.

From 7 months to 1 year.

It is good to have a sleep schedule, it also changes over the months, as the duration per sleep session, but also as hours.

I, for example, have slept all night since I arrived with my mom, at what was going to be my new home. Sleep program from 0-6 months.

In the seventh month, the evening sleep started somewhere around 22 - 00 and I woke up around 08 - 09. During the day I had an average of 3 sleep sessions, lasting between 30 minutes - 2 hours.

In the eighth month, the evening sleep started somewhere around 21 - 23 and I woke up around 07 - 09. During the day I had on average 2 sleep sessions, lasting between 45 minutes - 2 hours.

In the ninth month, the evening sleep started somewhere around 22 - 00 and I woke up around 06 - 08. During the day I had on average 2 sleep sessions, lasting between 30 minutes - 2 and a half hours.

In the tenth and eleventh month, the evening sleep started somewhere around 22 - 00 and I woke up around 08 - 09. During the day I had an average of 2 sleep sessions, lasting between 30 minutes - 3 hours.

In the twelfth month, the evening sleep started somewhere around 20:30 - 21:30 and I woke up around 08 - 09. During the day I had a sleep session, lasting between 1 - 3 hours.
