Mommy made my menu for the seventh month of diversification. 11 months.
This menu is made by her, after she asked the pediatrician and what else she read on the net. I have three meals, one in the morning between 10-11 fruits, the second with vegetables between 12-13 and the third between 16-17. I get a little snack from time to time from Organix. Mom's notes: * Use milk and yogurt as fat as possible, not defatted. In the first 2 years of life, children need as much fat as possible, so exclude any skim. * Everything without added sugar or salt; and with honey we wait until after 1 year.
